Under Armour Sizing FAQ

Does Under Armour run small?
Compression gear intentionally runs tight — size up 1-2 sizes. Their Loose fit line is true to size, and Fitted is slightly slimmer than standard but doesn't need upsizing.
Should I size up in Under Armour?
For compression tops and leggings, yes — go up one or two sizes. For regular t-shirts, hoodies, and loose-fit gear, your normal size works fine.
How does Under Armour compare to Nike sizing?
UA Loose fit is similar to Nike. UA Fitted is slightly tighter than Nike's standard fit. UA Compression is significantly tighter — a Nike M might need a UA L in compression.
What size Under Armour shorts should I get?
UA shorts vary by line. Running shorts tend to be true to size. Training shorts in the Fitted line run slightly slim. Measure your waist and add an inch for comfort if between sizes.
